Ms. Wheelchair Virginia
- Chinah Helmandollar, daughter of former Ms. Wheelchair Virginia Board member, won Miss Greater Franklin County 2007-2008 and will compete for Miss Virginia in June 2008. Chinah will be a Ms. Wheelchair Virginia AmeriCorps member, serving Pam Cobler, MWVA Executive Director as a companion and assistant at woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center.
