The Thank You notes from the Ms Wheelchair Virginia 2011-2012 Gala

Dear MWVA Board members, volunteers, sponsors and friends,

            This past weekend is the culmination of three years of me participating in the MWVA program.  It is bittersweet in the fact that I was chosen as titleholder this year because I will not be able to participate as a contestant again.  However, I am excited about the possibilities that I will have working with MWVA in other capacities after this year. The opportunities that MWVA has provided are priceless.  The fellowship is inspiring – many, many, many thanks!

There is not enough space on this page to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for everyone who played a part in the MWVA event. Without the desire to help and support of volunteers, sponsors and board members, such an event would not be possible. I thank you for devoting your time and energy to make the event a beautiful success!  Give yourself a big hug of thanks from me to you. What an incredibly awesome and inspirational weekend…and truly unforgettable. I am still taking it all in. J It is a blessing to have joined the MWVA family and to be chosen as Ms. Congeniality by such wonderful ladies is a gift I will always cherish. Congrats Emily!
